R1210NXX2C/XX2D系列為PWM升壓DC/DC變換器控制器,精度高,CMOS工藝低電流。
R1210NXX2X系列的每一個(gè)都由振蕩器、PWM電路、參考電壓單元、誤差放大器、相位補(bǔ)償電路、電壓檢測(cè)電阻、芯片使能電路、抗劇烈負(fù)載暫態(tài)控制器和輸出電壓檢測(cè)器組成。一個(gè)低紋波,高效率的升壓DC/DC變換器可以由這種集成電路組成,只需要四個(gè)外部組件,或一個(gè)電感,一個(gè)二極管,一個(gè)晶體管和一個(gè)電容。
R1210NXX2X系列可通過電路控制器檢測(cè)輸出電壓的急劇變化,提高了負(fù)載的瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)。
每個(gè)R1210NXX2X系列都有一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)引腳,或外部晶體管的“EXT”引腳。通過將一個(gè)低通電阻的功率電阻電阻電阻連接到EXT'引腳,大電流通過電感,從而可以提供大輸出電流。
內(nèi)置芯片使能電路,以超低靜電流實(shí)現(xiàn)待機(jī)。
由于這些集成電路的封裝是小型SOT-23-5,因此可以在板上高密度安裝集成電路。

OUTLINE
The R1210NXX2C/XX2D Series are PWM step-up DC/DC Converter controllers, with high accuracy, low supplycurrent by CMOS process.
Each of the R1210NXX2X Series consists of an oscillator, a PWM circuit, a reference voltage unit, an error ampli-fier, phase compensation circuit, resistors for voltage detection, a chip enable circuit, a controller against drastic loadtransient and an output voltage detector. A low ripple, high efficiency step-up DC/DC converter can be composed ofthis IC with only four external components, or an inductor, a diode, a transistor and a capacitor.
The R1210NXX2X Series can detect drastic change of output voltage with a circuit controller, the load transient re-sponse is improved.
Each of the R1210NXX2X Series has a driver pin, or 'EXT' pin for external transistor. By connecting a power ran-sistor with low ON-resistance to EXT' pin, a large current flows through an inductor thus, large output current can besupplied.
The built-in chip enable circuit can make the standby mode with ultra low quiescent current.
Since the package for these ICs is small SOT-23-5, high density mounting of the ICs on board is possible.
